In the second Wa screenshot, you can see a battle in progress using the elementary combat system I've implemented. The goblins actually fight the player, and the player can be slain. You can also see the first trap (the '^' on the map), a pit. This pit has been previously triggered - until someone (player or monster) falls in, it will appear as an '.' on the map.

It isn't obvious, but the engine is now using the re-designed LOS code.

I'm quite happy with how the lighting code works - the trees and water that aren't in the player's light radius and rendered darker than those within.

An elementary status bar has also been added to the display.
